1920 – 2012
Ronnie Marsh was recommended to Roundabout in 1986 by one of our first trustees who was employed by him. This trustee recognised that Ronnie’s experience in the BBC and theatre would be beneficial to Roundabout and he was right.
Ronnie became our treasurer and with his guidance Roundabout laid the strong financial foundations that enabled us to grow into the successful charity that it is today.
We are so thankful for Ronnie’s constant commitment over the incredible twenty-six years he was on the committee. He dedicated a lot of his time and energy to Roundabout, not only on the financial side but also his innovative ideas about pushing Roundabout to be less subtle about the way we promoted Roundabout, encouraging us to shout Roundabout from the tree tops and not to hide our achievements under any bushel and more metaphor’s too many to remember.
Ronnie is greatly missed on the Roundabout Management Committee by all the trustees and staff at Roundabout.
