We are looking for someone to work alongside Roundabout’s co-founders and help steer our dramatherapy charity into its fifth decade and beyond.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to work alongside Roundabout’s CEOs in providing clinical and managerial support to a wide range of projects and dramatherapists. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a dedicated dramatherapist, experienced in working with children and young people, and with a qualification in supervision. 

You will be someone who share’s Roundabout’s values, someone who has an enterprising spirit and a love for partnership building, and someone who is confident as an advocate and spokesperson. 

The job will be all about building partnerships (with children and young people, parents, schools, other stake holders, our dramatherapy team and Roundabout’s employed staff) and supporting our highly skilled and dedicated team of dramatherapists in a genuinely compassionate culture.

Roundabout offers a generous holiday package of 6 weeks pro rata and a bank holiday allowance. The post holder will have use of a Roundabout laptop and the support of a very experienced management team.
